Agreements & Terms

Certain agreements you have executed with Condor may reference online terms. Please refer to the relevant section below for more details.

Condor's relationship with its customers is governed by our MASTER SERVICES AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (“MSA”), along with order forms for our software licenses, professional and consulting services.

If you do not have an MSA with Condor but execute an order form or statement of work that references Condor's MSA, you agree to the terms set forth in this document. If you are entering into this online MSA on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to the MSA's terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not accept them and may not use Condor's software, data products, or request professional or consulting services.

Privacy Terms

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about Condor's privacy practices. The terms below may be incorporated into your MSA with Condor by reference. If you wish to execute any of these documents for your organization's records, please have an authorized representative sign the necessary form(s) from the following list:

• Support and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Compliance with U.S. Data Privacy Laws
• Data Processing and Compliance with European Data Protection Laws
• Hosting on Amazon Web Services
• Information Security Controls and Technical and Organizational Measures over Condor's Software
• Public Announcements and Marketing

Signed copies will be directed to Condor, and we will return a fully executed version upon completion.
